Sensory Park Bike Track
Facilities: Toilets
Getting there: This park is located on the edge of Narara Creek along Showground Road, about two kilometres north of Gosford.
About the track: It's a great track for teaching small kids to ride and is also a good spot for a picnic on the grass. There are
toilets near the skate board park on the other side of the road.
West Gosford Bike Track
Facilities: Toilets, playground, picnic tables
Getting there: This track starts at Yallambee Avenue, West Gosford, near Gosford RSL.
About the track: This track is suitable for all ages and follows the edge of the water to a playing field (Fagan Park) at Point Clare
where there are toilets. There's also a playground about a third of the way along the track, just before the bridge. The track continues past Fagans Park
and through a tunnel under the railway line to end at a picnic table on the edge of Brisbane Water. You usually see lots of water birds like ducks, herrons, swans, and pelicans from this track.
Woy Woy Bike Track
Facilities: Toilets, playground, picnic tables
Getting there: From Woy Woy follow Brick Wharf Road along the edge of Woy Woy Channel and then, at the end of the road, turn left to the boat ramp.
About the track: This track starts at the playground at Woy Woy boat ramp and continues south along the waterfront reserve towards Blackwall.
At the time of writing, the southern end of the track is still under construction. The playground has shady trees and grassy areas suitable for picnics. The kids
can also watch the fishermen bringing in their catch at the fish table and watch the pelicans gather to eat the scraps.
Tuggerah Lakes Bike Track
Facilities: Toilets, playgrounds, picnic tables
Getting there: This track is located on the southern edge of Tuggerah Lakes between The Entrance and
Chittaway Point. Access is mainly off Tuggerah Parade and Lakedge Avenue.
About the track: There are various entry points, playgrounds, and picnic areas along the track. There is the scope
to ride as far as you want. A good place to start is Picnic Point Reserve off Tuggerah Parade at The Entrance. Consult
a Central Coast street directory for locations of parks and toilets along the track.
Adcock Park Bike Track and the Velodrome
Facilities: Toilets
Getting there: Adcock park is located in West Gosford, south of the intersection of Racecourse Road and the Pacific Highway.
About the track: This bike track travels around the edge of Adcock Park. There is also a velodrome for older kids.
From Adcock Park you can ride to either Gosford Swimming Pool, or to Point Clare on bike tracks. This is a great place
for mums to get fit, walking laps while the kids ride. There is also a small set of swings and a couple of picnic shelters. There's also a dog walking area.
Gosford Waterfront Track
Facilities: Toilets, playground, BBQs, coffee
Getting there: This track starts on Masons Parade near Gosford Swimming Pool.
About the track: This track starts at a small beach with a playground and barbeques. It follows the waterfront
north to the Brian Mcgowan Bridge. Public toilets are available south of Gosford Sailing Club, near a set of swings.
Ettalong Beach/Umina Track
Facilities: Toilets, playground, coffee
Getting there: This track starts at the corner of Picnic Parade and The Esplanade, Ettalong Beach.
About the track: This track follows the foreshore from Ettalong Beach to Umina Recreation Area where there
are BMX and toddler bike tracks as well as a playground and toilets.
Mt Penang Parklands
Facilities: Toilets, coffee
Getting there: Mt Penang Parklands is located north of the Pacific Highway at Kariong
About the track: This is an easy ride on roads within the safe environment of the festival grounds.
