Repeated studies have also shown that a diet high in plant foods (e.g. fruit and veg) and low in meat helps reduce your risks of cancer and promotes overall health.
So if you care about your health, cut down your meat intake to just a few times a week, instead of every day. There's lots of tasty vegetarian meal options out there to discover.
