About me...

My day job is working as a software engineer - developing real-time systems, graphical user interfaces, and GIS systems. (See my resume page). I've also done some web programming. To see my first computer click here.

On the weekends you'll often find me out in the bush somewhere or spending time with my family: Karen, Annabelle, Ruby, and Andy. I also find time to write a few bushwalking guide books, and I'm an occasional contributor to magazines like Wild.

Lately I have been inspired to search for ways to reduce my impact on climate change due to greenhouse gases. I've also become very interested in finding aboriginal rock art on my bushwalking adventures.

I live and work on the Central Coast of NSW.
